   Agree, the client must have same capabilities.
   However, 
   1. I'm not sure if the interceptor interface should be in a public part, or not, due to safety reasons.
   2. Java serialization doesn't look suitable for this purpose, because it is non cross-platform way.
   
   As for now, we have no strong position on both statements, what will be sufficient to do for merging the PR?
   Just adding the serializer with the tests to a client module?
