OVS Plugin missing on cloudstack 4.11.1.0 for CentOS

Hello,

I am trying to use GRE isolation on Cloudstack advanced network.

My system VMs fail to deploy.

I was trying to figure out why and I realized the OVS plugin is not listed as a service provider for the physical network.

Is the documentation out of date for this?
