This is because the publicservice service did not start successfully. It is recommended to manually restart the publicservice:
sh sbin/linkis-daemon.sh restart ps-publicservice
这个是因为publicservice服务没有启动成功导致，建议手动重启下publicservice:
sh sbin/linkis-daemon.sh restart ps-publicservice
