You can change any styles by modifying custom.css file http://openmeetings.apache.org/themes-and-branding.html#Creating_custom_CSS_rules

1) it is not clear what need to be changed here, please provide additional details
2) it is not clear what do you mean by "status bar of the room", please provide additional details
3) according to your screen-shot you are using outdated version of OM, please use latest release (or better latest nightly SNAPSHOT)
4) I see no place for video windows, please provide some example of there to put it. We can discuss it in user@ list
5) work as expected in latest release

> 1. The button that allow start translate screen must be closer left to "actions". When user must click the button to give writes to view screen of teacher it not seen.
