Facing an Issue on SOLR box

Hello Team,

We are facing an error "Cannot write to config directory /var/solr/data/marketing_prod_career_all_index/conf; switching to use InMemory storage instead." on our SOLR box.
As it's occur, SOLR service stopped to response and we have to restart it again. Now it's happening very frequently.

So please suggest what we can do to resolve this error.
