Rivet 2.0.4 released
Hi guys
a few days ago a vote for releasing Rivet 2.0.4 was held on the Tcl's
pmc lists. The vote approved the release.
Rivet 2.0.4 has been uploaded to dist and I will allow the usual 24h
for the new archives to spread across the mirrors around the globe
before
sending an announce on c.l.tcl and update the website.
The updated pages and the new manual are already in the Apache
repository: doing an svn update from Rivet's website root dir should do
the job.
Soon on this list a message to lay down a plan to Rivet 2.1.0

Rivet 2.0.4 rpm packages forCentOS, Fedora, RH and SuSE

Rivet 2.0.4 is available as RPM for the following platforms as 32 and 64
bit:
CentOS 5, CentOS 6, Fedora 14, Fedora 15, RHEL 5, RHEL_6,
SLE 11, SLE 11 SP1, openSUSE 11.3, openSUSE 11.4,
openSUSE Factory, openSUSE Tumbleweed.
The only tested distribution is openSuSE 11.4 where it installed
directly from the repository.
The URL is on the Rivet download page:
http://tcl.apache.org/rivet/static/download.html
The following information may be changed on this page:
- It is stated, that CentOS5 is available. Well, now there is CentOS6.
Thus, one may only write "CentOS" on the download page.
- Fedora 14 is also available and may be noted on the download page.
