[VOTE] Release Apache Directory Fortress 1.0.1

Hello,

This is an announcement for voting on the 4th release of Apache Directory Fortress core, realm, rest and web components.  

The version is 1.0.1 and a temporary tag has been created in git: ‘1.0.1'.

The staging repo is on Nexus:
- core: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1101
- realm: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1102
- rest: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1103
- web: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1104

The source distros can be downloaded from this location:
http://home.apache.org/~smckinney/

The testing procedures are contained within the following guides:
  * https://github.com/apache/directory-fortress-core/blob/master/README-QUICKSTART-APACHEDS.md
  * https://github.com/apache/directory-fortress-core/blob/master/README-QUICKSTART-SLAPD.md

- Choose one of the above.  Complete (only) the sections leading up to and including the SECTION entitled: 'Apache Fortress Core Integration Test’

- Integration testing requires either apacheds or openldap to your machine but the setup is pretty fast / easy and complete instructions are provided here.  

1.0.1 upgrades include:
1. Move to latest versions of…
    <apache.ldap.api>1.0.0-RC1</apache.ldap.apil>
    <wicket.version>7.3.0</wicket.version>
    <cxf.version>3.1.6</cxf.version>
    <spring.version>4.3.1.RELEASE</spring.version>
    <spring.security.version>4.1.1.RELEASE</spring.security.version>
2. Use of non-static config utility

My bad, I grabbed the packages from nexus, when they are available in
