We need to manage profile files better. Currently each query creates one profile file on the local filesystem of the forman node. You can imagine how this can quickly get out of hand in a production environment.

We need:

1. be able to turn on and off profiling, preferably in the fly
2. profiling files should be managed the same as log files
3. able to change default file location, for example on a distributed filesystem
