[C2] Profiling - Any thoughts?

Hi Team,

Waz going through C1's Profiling code. Now that we have a SAX based infrastructure, how can we
implement profiling?

Related question, Do we want it for beta?

I presented an algorithm (albeit complex) about a week or two ago, check the
archives.  I think the thread was titled "SOT: TODO medium priority issue".
It is going to be a PITA, so I would probably say hold off on it for now.
