BACKGROUND:
I have a dependency on the https://www.nuget.org/packages/Org.Apache.REEF.All/ nuget package.
It in-turn has (Nuget) dependencies on all 11 REEF packages.

PROBLEM:
In my build environments, it's become cumbersome to manage nugets. I'm looking to reduce/consolidate the number of nugets packages that I depend on.

SOLUTION:
I want to create a single Nuget package that contains the contents-of (and not just references-to) the other 11 packages. Doing this will reduce the number of Nuget packages that I track from 12 to 1.
