svn commit failing

Hi guys,

Windows Server 2003 with Apache 2.2, had svn 1.4.4 running with no issues
since July, today i try and do a commit and get:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: MKACTIVITY of
'/svn-repos/!svn/act/f53f87a4-825a-e14d-a56b-3d74031201f9': Could not read
status line: An exi
sting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.   (
http://development:8090)


Nothing has changed as far as i'm aware.
