Is this an April Fool's joke or what?

Moving everything from a .java file to a .xml file doesn't change the fact 
that "CODE" (have they forgotten about that) need to go in somewhere.
Why not skip the Java part altogether?
Either 'they' are idiots or I am (well, that has been established before, so 
where does that leave them?) :D
