Support for encrypted application properties is deprecated for removal in NiFi 2.0.0

Hello Everyone!
I am running APache Nifi 1.28.1, and Looking forward to moving to the 2.0
Branch.

One of the things that i have left to resolve is the following:

Support for encrypted application properties is deprecated for removal in
NiFi 2.0.0

Is this as simple as:

1) Remove nifi.bootstrap.sensitive.key from bootstrap.conf
2)change the value of  nifi.sensitive.props.key from the encrypted one to
the non-encrypted one in nifi.properties
3) Remove nifi.sensitive.props.key.protected from nifi.properties
?

Any chance Nifi 2 does this automatically?

Following the previous procedure, I am having some restarting nifi
(Decryption error), so if the above is correct, I am wondering if I have a
typo on the sensitive key.
