Verified the specified commit (commit b141ead232bc9ad53d3033fc31cffca52212c71d) is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.

Verified, via review, changes to the files identified in the ticket and commit comment were implemented.

Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites execute successfully.

Verified the nightly test schemas compile and save successfully.

Verified the nightly test suite executes successfully.
