expermental win32 svn-1.1 binaries up

Francois was reporting a large memory leak when committing on win32 with 
  his 1.0.1 client:

So I've built some win32 'snapshot' binaries of /trunk, to see if he can 
reproduce the problem.  Anyone else is welcome to toy with these 
binaries.  Just be warned that it's an experimental build of r9226 of 
/trunk, *not* a tested release.

The 1.1-dev-9226 win32 zipfile is in the usual place:

   http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=91

I'm happy to report that the problems seems to have disappeared with this
binary.  The SVN executable uses 15 Mb RAM to commit the 2000+
modifications.
