when i use the openoffice to opening a *.doc that can't show the image..

Are you sure that this was a .doc file?
In the file properties, I see "dotm template".

If this file is a docx, this issue has been already reported.

yes ,that is a *.doc file.. you can to  down that file  at the Attachments. and
using the openoffice to open it..
