Summary: Duplicate Listen directives result in nonintuitve error
                    message
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.50
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Runtime Config
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jks@iname.com

If you accidentally have two Listen directives apache files to start with:

(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Instead a more useful error message should be generated.
