Why the source package of “selector” is empty？

I look at several versions(activemq-parent-5.15.2-source-release.zip), But
all  ‘org.apache.activemq.selecter*’ packages are empty

those are generated classes from
https://github.com/apache/activemq/blob/master/activemq-client/src/main/grammar/SelectorParser.jj
