Can't run Open Office on my PC running Windows 8.1
Get message:
"This app can't run on your PC"
"To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."
I have gone round and round on your Community Support Forums. - NO HELP!

First ensure that you only download from:
http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html
Select "Windows (EXE)" from the list of operating systems.
Click on the "Download full installation button"
You will be redirected to the official mirror service provided by
SourceForge.
When the SourceForge page opens, wait (approx. 5 seconds) for the
download to start. DO NOT click anything else on the SourceForge page.
The file you want is named:
Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.2_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe
It is recommended to run a verification check on the file before
installation. Details about this can be found here:
http://www.openoffice.org/download/checksums.html
