Git and Builds for Geode are now available

Hi!

the source code and the nightly builds are now
hosted on the Apache infrastructure:
   http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-geode.git
   https://builds.apache.org/view/Geode/job/Geode-nightly/

Which means that if you're interested in grabbing the latest
nightly binary snapshot of a binaries, this links is going to
be your friend (or just click on Latest Artifacts):
    https://builds.apache.org/view/Geode/job/Geode-nightly/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/gemfire-assembly/build/distributions/geode-1.0.0.0-SNAPSHOT.zip

Github integration, JIRA and Maven -SNAPSHOT artifact
publishing is coming later this week.
