[jira] [Created] (INFRA-8839) Some release artifacts are not
mirrored
Enis Soztutar created INFRA-8839:
------------------------------------
Summary: Some release artifacts are not mirrored
Key: INFRA-8839
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-8839
Project: Infrastructure
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Enis Soztutar
For the HBase-0.99.2 release, we have 2 main artifacts and 6 files in total. Due to INFRA-8819, I had to commit the artifacts separately in svn. However, even after 24 hours, none of the Apache mirrors have the artifacts from the second commit.
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/hbase/hbase-0.99.2/ contains:
{code}
hbase-0.99.2-bin.tar.gz
hbase-0.99.2-bin.tar.gz.asc
hbase-0.99.2-bin.tar.gz.mds
hbase-0.99.2-src.tar.gz
hbase-0.99.2-src.tar.gz.asc
hbase-0.99.2-src.tar.gz.mds
{code}
Mirrors only contain:
http://apache.mirrors.tds.net/hbase/hbase-0.99.2/
{code}
[ ] hbase-0.99.2-src.tar.gz 07-Dec-2014 21:03 6.3M
[ ] hbase-0.99.2-src.tar.gz.mds 07-Dec-2014 21:03 1.1K
{code}

I though the mirrors should be doing rsync, in which case they should have picked up the new files in the hbase-0.99.2 directory. Is this is known issue or should I delete the release, and re-create?
This is blocking the HBase 0.99.2 release.
