Adds atomic_mod command, which can be used to modify column/supercolumn value atomically. Requires ZooKeeper for locking. ZooKeeper is not required for those who do not use atomic_mod operation, since ZK connection is not created until atomic_mod is first used.

Edit: This is only a temporary solution for atomic increment/decrement operation.
