A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
#### How to reproduce the bug
Create a chart which is stacked where some of the elements in the stack do not appear in every period
Then look at the tooltip and you see line items in the key which are null
### Expected results
Not se the null entries
### Actual results
It shows all the values, not just the ones for that month (or time period)
#### Screenshots
As above
### Environment
- browser type and version: Chrome
- superset version: `superset version` 2.1RC1
### Additional context

Hi all... this issue keeps cropping up, but never gets any love. I assume it's still in 3.x/4.x, but that could use validation. I'll leave it open now, but this is again at risk of being closed as stale if there are no takers.
