Pending Release

People,

I think we are a go for the 2.0RC1 release over the weekend. I think this will be the most stable release we've had. Attached is the changelog, created from CVS logs.

Glen, when do you propose to cut the release? It'll be great if you wait till saturday afternoon your time.. we can then put in some extra stuff for bug 22195 if there is any feedback on that by then.

Commiters, please try to ensure no commits to branch for the next week. We'll release 2.0RC1 as 2.0 final if we dont find any regressions or serious issues. Glen, you will tag cvs, wont you?

Regards
-
Avik

Of course. What are we going to call it? RC1 or pre4?
