I too would like to request this functionality.  The property file can grow 
quite big if we can only use the default bundle, and it defeats the purpose of 
other message-resources as well if the framework never uses it.  

For the same reason, the validation framework should be extended to support 
multiple resources as well.  (modify FieldChecks to get the bundle name from 
the validation-config.xml and pass it to Resource to get the message from the 
right bundle, also modify Resource to get bundle name from the Arg objects)
