Missing iks-autotagger
Hi,
Just discovered that I have forgot to include the "iks-autotagger"
directory in the archive for the code grant.
Can someone tell me what I need to do for moving this utility over to stanbol
The iks-autotagger is a small project that provides access to a index
of the 100.000 entities with the highest page rank of dbPedia. It is
currently used by the semantic lifting engine of FISE to lookup entity
URLs for persons, organizations and location found by the text
extraction engine.
This component will be replaced by RICK in a future version.

I guess we could also use it as a jar, but the initial plan was to
move it over to apache stanbol and remove it as soon as it is no
longer needed.

Hi,
I now just discovered that we have iks-autotagging twice in the SVN.
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/stanbol/trunk/iks-autotagging/
and
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/stanbol/trunk/fise/iks-autotagging/
So it seems that it was never missing. But which one is the right one?
When comparing both there seem to be no difference. I would suggest to
keep the version inside 'fise' directory and delete the other one.

IIRC that component was entirely written by Olivier Grisel who's a
stanbol committer.
If that's correct, the simplest might be for Olivier to commit the
autotagging code here himself, asking permission from IKS if that's
needed. As far as the ASF is concerned, Olivier committing that code
means he declares he's entitled to do that and that code is his
original creation (as per his iCLA, items 4 and 5 at
http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt).
If not, an additional code grant is needed IMO.
