Windows domain auth on non domain member

Is it possible to set up Windows domain authorization on a windows server (2000 server) which is not a member of the domain to authorize to ?
I've tried with tish config with no success

AuthType SSPI
SSPIAuth On
SSPIAuthoritative On
SSPIDomain MYDOMAIN
SSPIOfferBasic On

I'm using subversion 1.3.0, the mod_auth_sspi v1.0.3 from http://www.gknw.at/development/apache/httpd-2.0/win32/modules/ with Apache 2.0.55
