Problem with addressbook sample, please help!!!

Hi,

Sorry for bothering you again but I’m really getting frustrated!!

When I try to run this from the commandoline,
java samples.addressbook.GetAddress 
http://localhost:8888/soap/servlet/rpcrouter "John B. Good"

I get the following exception,
“Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
        at org.apache.soap.util.xml.QName.<init>(QName.java:80)
        at org.apache.soap.util.xml.QName.matches(QName.java:146)
        at org.apache.soap.Envelope.unmarshall(Envelope.java:233)
        at org.apache.soap.rpc.Call.invoke(Call.java:228)
        at samples.addressbook.GetAddress.main(GetAddress.java:125)”

I have used the TCP Tunnel/Monitor tool and the SOAP request and the SOAP 
respond are fine, and I do not get any error form Tomcat.
When I try to debug it in JBuilder 3.0, I do not get any exception at all 
and it work just fine. I have included the same .jars in JBulider as in my 
classpath.

I’m using W2K, JDK 1.3, Apache 3.1.14, Tomcat 3.2.1, Xerces 1.2.3 and the 
latest build of Soap.jar(nightly).

My classpath is:
c:\xerces-1_2_3\xerces.jar;
c:\soap-2_0\lib\soap.jar;
c:\soap-2_0\lib\activation.jar;
c:\soap-2_0\lib\mail.jar;
c:\jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar;
c:\soap-2_0\

Any help is appreciated!

Try with xerces1_0_3.

Try with xerces1_0_3.
