Reporter: Michael Gustav Simon
If I add a new role in the role management,
the role cannot be selected in the user management => user browser => detail information => tab role.
The role list will not be updated.
After I restarded the tomcat container the prior added new role is selectable!

I've checked and confirmed this issue, although you don't need to restart the portal to "see" the newly added Role: you just need to logout and login again ;)
I've updated the issue summary to better reflect the issue at hand.
