[users@httpd] Upgrading to apache 2.0.45

Hi all,
I am attempting to upgrade from version 2.0.43 to 2.0.45 
and having trouble building the new version.  When I run 
'make', I get the following:

./gen_uri_delims: not found
*** Error code 127

Stop in /usr/home/user1/httpd-2.0.45/srclib/apr-util/uri.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/home/user1/httpd-2.0.45/srclib/apr-util/uri.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/home/user1/httpd-2.0.45/srclib/apr-util.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/home/user1/httpd-2.0.45/srclib.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/home/user1/httpd-2.0.45.

Can someone please let me know if/what I am doing wrong, 
or at least point me in the right direction?
