Thanks a lot Fabio for the tips.

But my problem is slightly different. I want a system in which I can
browse through uploaded files securely inside the turbine framework.
This is because I am involved in a team to develop an e-learning tool in
which the registered student can view uploaded files securely. 

Please help me.
