Urgent: How do one create a HTMLDocument...

Hello,
	Does anyone know hoe to initialize(or create) a
HTMLDocument(org.w3c.dom.HTMLDocument) from a URL or a file.

I have heard that DOcuverse's parser can do this, can Xerces do the
same.
I have seen this class in the package though ...
