[2.x] duplicate default definitions.xml

We have two copies of the default definitions information.

C:\simon\tuscany\java-2.x\modules\assembly-xml\src\main\resources\META-INF\sca-policy-1.1-intents-definitions-cd02.xml
C:\simon\tuscany\java-2.x\modules\assembly-xsd\src\main\resources\sca-policy-1.1-intents-definitions-cd02.xml

For some reason this has started causing duplicate definitions errors
in the otests. Only the one in assembly-xml seems to be configured to
be loaded so not quite sure why it's started complaining. Whatever the
reason it's confusing having two copies so I'm going to remove the one
from assembly-xsd.

Not sure. The otests are working for me currently. I'll prod Mike and check.

Can you check with Mike about which file he coded for the otests or he just 
have Tuscany deal with it?
