install subversion linux client on nfs share

I need your help how to compile svn linux client on nfs share(storage).

Do you mean
1. Build the software on NFS
2. Build the software to store repos on NFS.
If it is the latter, I'd say don't do it. It is not remotely safe to
access repos using file:// on nfs.

I did complie like that:
./configure CPPFLAGS="-I/Gen_Applic/Applications/subversion/1.5.5/include" LDFLAGS="-L/Gen_Applic/Applications/subversion/1.5.5/lib" \
--prefix=/Gen_Applic/Applications/subversion/1.5.5 \
--without-berkeley-db \
--without-apache \
--without-apxs \
--without-swig \
--enable-shared
And when trying to run the svn command i get:
./svn: error while loading shared libraries: requires glibc 2.5 or later dynamic linker
