[PR] Add the ASF Events and Thanks links and rename Sponsorship in the footer [magpie-site]

CalvinKirs opened a new pull request, #219:

   The ASF site check (Whimsy) reports three navigation links as missing on magpie.apache.org. It identifies each link by its text or target, so a correct target under an unrecognised label still counts as missing.
   
   Changes to the Apache column of the shared footer (`SiteFooter.tsx`):
   
   - **Events**: new link to `https://www.apache.org/events/current-event`.
   - **Thanks**: new link to `https://www.apache.org/foundation/thanks.html`.
   - **Sponsorship**: the link to `sponsorship.html` was labelled "Support Apache", which the check does not recognise; it is now "Sponsorship".
   
   The Foundation, License, Security and Privacy links are unchanged.
   
   ## Testing
   
   - `npm run check:fast` passes.
