I installed the Axis in a machine with Windows 2000 Professional and Tomcat 
4.1.18. I made all the installation procedures, but when I go to execute the 
samples it gives the following error: 

For URL: http://localhost:8080/axis/Calculator.jws 
The error is: AXIS error
No service is available at this URL
and 

For URL: http://localhost:8080/axis/Calculator.jws?wsdl 
The error is: AXIS error
Could not generate WSDL!

I followed the steps of the tutorial that it is in
