> Currently COUNT DISTINCT and PERCENTILE functions use a VARBINARY for their aggregators to keep enough state for the final merge on the client. The type of the final calculation must currently match the type of the aggregators which causes these functions to return unreadable results when using sqlline. Instead, we should allow the type of the function to differ so these can be BIGINT typed as expected.
