[HEADS UP] Preparing Maven 4.0.0-alpha-4 release
I'd like to start releasing 4.0.0-alpha-5 in the coming days.
*There are a couple of PRs to review:*
* https://github.com/apache/maven/milestones/4.0.0-alpha-5
<https://github.com/apache/maven/milestones/4.0.0-alpha-5>*
It also misses an upgrade to maven resolver 1.9.7 once released.
Once released, the next step would be to upgrade mvnd to 3.9.1 and
4.0.0-alpha-5 and release a new milestone of it.

Yes, no problem.
The ultimate goal is to release roughly 3.9.x and 4.0-alpha at the same
time, so that we can release mvnd with both.

Howdy,
i just got this one https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-7739
And this affects not only 3.9.0 but also 4.0.0, seems I messed up something
in there (I dislike the first case James explains).
