This patch add the auto-port-discovery thing. Also changes the table name to be likely unique to the test, adds a drop if not exists clause, and adds a log4j config to make debugging IT tests in this module easier.

`mvn verify` passes while simultaneously running a PQS instance attached to a local mode hbase.
