Croatian OO translation
Hello,
my name is Bojan. Can You please tell me what is needed or how many things
needs
translation from US, EN to Croatian?
Is it an XML or ini, txt file etc?

what are you doing exactly? Can you provide some links? The Catalan
OpenOffice translation at https://translate.apache.org/ca/aoo40/ was not
updated recently.

Hello Bojan, we use a web-based tool called Pootle. You can see it in
action here:
https://translate.apache.org/hr/aoo40/
A guide is available at
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Pootle_User_Guide and it also explains
how you can request an account.
