> When a user attempts to access a NiFi which the user has not been added as a user, an "Insufficient Permissions" error results. This error should only occur if the user exists but is not in the 'view the user interface' policy. For non-existent users, a customizable message should be displayed. For example, the NiFi Admin could provide a custom message such as who to contact to be added as a user.
