[jira] [Resolved] (RAVE-1089) W3C widgets not displayed in Rave
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-1089?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Scott Wilson resolved RAVE-1089.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
I've changed the way rave-wookie.js passes the call to reveal the rendered widget, passing a function wrapper with call() rather than just the name of the function. This seems to fix the problem - I've tested it on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
> W3C widgets not displayed in Rave
> ---------------------------------
>
> Key: RAVE-1089
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-1089
> Project: Rave
> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 0.23
> Environment: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Mac OS X
> Reporter: Scott Wilson
> Priority: Blocker
>
> W3C Widget contents do not load in portal.
> This may be a regression of RAVE-948, however no messages are displayed in the console. The problem appears to be simply that the widget is rendered with "visibility:hidden".
> There should also be an automated test in place to make sure that Rave does render W3C widgets correctly so we pick these issues up automatically.
