Might be pilot error, because this may not be a meaningful build-step at all,
But after cloning, I figured I'd compile and publish locally the scala-code part.
So I did 'sbt publishLocal', and got this stuff created in .ivy2/... with these non-apache-sounding names (with whitespace and punctuation in them - always a bad idea) in the directory structure.

Looks like the `build.sbt` file lists `Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Nteligen LL` as the organization. That should be changed `org.apache.daffodil`.
