[~musahaidari] [~JennySchubert] hey guys, we still can't repro it. Here's the steps I tried:
* created a blank corova app with android platform and splashscreen plugin
* added a preference to config.xml: {{<preference name="SplashShowOnlyFirstTime" value="false" />}}
* launched the app on Android 6.0 emulator (API level 23)
* called a {{navigator.app.exitApp();}} after the splashscreen is hidden
* quickly started an app while monitoring the logcat output
tried re-launching the app as quickly as I can and many times, no dice :(

The default behavoiur is to show the splash screen for the first run only, and if we close it the way mentioned, the subsequent openings will not show the splash screen.
