A string type stateReason is used to record the last failed to start info in the GBeanInstance, sometimes, we really need to limit the number of the dependency and references record, as it might occupy much space for building the string.

Commit changes to trunk at r1152674. Now, a system property org.apache.geronimo.gbean.runtime.max_state_reason_count is used to control the max recorded service names.
