1.7.2 up for testing / signing

As promised, the 1.7.2 tarballs are up for testing and signing:
http://people.apache.org/~hwright/svn/1.7.2/

The magic rev is r1207936, and as usual please post signatures here:
http://work.hyrumwright.org/pub/svn/collect_sigs.py

Remember, this isn't yet an official release, so please don't publish
binaries or packages based on it. Any official releases will be
announced to this and the announce@subversion.apache.org mailing
lists.
