For PDF!! Suggesion needed!

I have tried using FOP 15 for beginers and the test run works perfect.
I run FOP v15 and V16, with xerces121.jar and xalan121.jar with jim1.0.jar

I get these errors

Can anyone suggest or help??
I have tried 1st running build.bat from FOP and also the runtest.bat from
FOP\examples but both give the same error.
I have tried also converting XML file to FO and then from FO file to PDF but
does not work, if FOP's build.bat gives me error, then I think it will not
work. I think it works with some people ; so I ask for some help.
