Bug in conf.d handling

           Summary: Bug in conf.d handling
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.36
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Runtime Config
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: pgunn@dachte.org

The conf.d handling is inconsistant in 3 ways:
1) httpd.conf says "any files which are named "[0-9]*.conf" will be loaded "
2) The readme in that directory says "(i.e. files which match the glob pattern
"[a-zA-Z0-9]*.conf")"
3) The code handles it yet differently -- that readme file must be moved out
of that directory or apache will attempt to parse it and fail.

I'm using the redhat rawhide rpms
phoenix:~$ rpm -qa | grep httpd
httpd-manual-2.0.36-1
httpd-2.0.36-1
httpd-devel-2.0.36-1
