[PR] fix(glue): create new table with database and table name on LoadTable [iceberg-go]
maninc opened a new pull request, #363:

database name is missing from loaded table. Subsequent load or refresh of table is not possible.
Use identifier passed to LoadTable while after creating iceberg table.
