Best single-node setup

Hi,

I am about to deploy a James instance for personal usage. I have a
restricted budget (say 50€/month) so I'm looking for the best setup
possible for that target.

What I expect is:

* IMAP + SMTP (in and out)
* TLS + SPF + DKIM
* very low incoming mail loss probability
* speed is not a big issue
* some GiB of emails and a handful of user accounts
* single domain for a start

What setup would you put in place for that target?
